​​​​WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE INSPECTION??

​

During the inspection several of your septic system components will usually have to be located. Engineered drawings or septic plans called "as builts"are usually used to find these components. You may have an as built in your paperwork from when you purchased the house, if not your town Health Dept. will usually have a copy.  Once components are located we will do the Inspection according to Massachusetts Title 5 regulations. We will let you know the results of your inspection right away. Inspection usually takes approximately 1-2 Hours.
